  • - Poppadum basket with dips, V, Gf

    Roasted poppadum bites come with three types of dips.
  • - Pani Puri, V, Ve

    Pani puri is round hollow puri, filled with a mixture of potato, onion, coriander, chat masala; served with flavoured tamarind water.
  • - Sev Puri, V

    Sev Puri is made with crispy puri (whole wheat crackers) topped with potatoes, onions, tomatoes and a variety of chutneys, and finished with Sev (thin gram flour noodles).
  • - Vegetable Samosa, V, N

    A triangular pastry filled with a mixture of potato, peas, peanuts and spices, served with home-made dips and green chutney.
  • - Samosa Chat, V, N

    Pieces of Vegetable samosa served with chickpeas, onion, tomato, chilli, fresh coriander topped with green chutney and sweet tamarind sauce.
  • - Vegetable pakora, V, Ve, Gf

    Onion, potato, peas and spinach bhajis mixed with spices and gram flour, deep fried, served with mango chutney and minted yoghurt.
  • - Chilli Paneer

    Chunks of Cottage cheese stir fried with Onion, Peppers, Ginger and spring onion finished with sweet chilli and soy.
  • - Fish Amritsari, Gf

    Haddock filet marinated with spices, lightly coated with gram flour batter then deep fried, served with green chutney.
  • - Chicken 65, Df, Gf

    Succulent pieces of Chicken pieces marinated with ginger, chilli, yoghurt, stir fried with Curry leaves, mustard seeds, onion and peppers.
  • - Chicken Dumplings

    Minced chicken mixed with ginger, chilli and coriander, spices, filled in gyoza dumpling, steamed,served with spiced chilli dip.
  • - Lamb Sheek Kebab, Gf

    Minced lamb mixed with ginger, garlic, chilli, coriander and spices cooked on sheekh in clay oven then melted with cheese, served with green chutney.

    Healthier cottage cheese recipe from Northern part of India prepared using fresh spinach leaves along with onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, kasoori methi and a touch of cream.
  • - Bhindi Do Pyaza, V, Ve, Df

    This is a very popular Indian vegetarian recipe where Okra is cooked with onion, tomato, chilli and coriander.
  • - Chicken Tikka Masala, N

    Chicken pieces marinated overnight with spices and hung curd then cooked in a clay oven later finished with tomato and cashew-based gravy with green chilli and fresh coriander.
  • - Chicken Chettinad

    Chettinad chicken is a classic recipe from the cuisine of Chettinad in Tamil Nadu. It consists of chicken marinated in yogurt, turmeric and a paste of red chillies, coconut, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, ground nuts, onions and curry leaves.
  • -Malabari Fish Curry, Df

    Kerala Fish curry is freshly made with Haddock. Great amount of flavours comes from coconut, tamarind, chillies. This dish is finally tempered with curry leaves and mustard seed.
  • - Pork Vindaloo, Df

    Pork Vindaloo is cooked with garlic, chilli, vinegar and some other spices. This delicious dish comes from Goa. We cook this recipe to a medium hot.
